These terms are between you and Fox Jammin ("MiniClone," "we," "us," and "our"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using MiniClone HD, you agree to these terms.
This agreement governs your use of MiniClone HD, the Windows disk migration utility available through this site. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase, download, install, or use MiniClone HD.
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States. If any non-waivable right or remedy is protected by mandatory law in your jurisdiction, that right remains in force to the maximum extent permitted by that law.
MiniClone HD is a Windows migration utility sold for one-time purchase. It is designed to move a running Windows boot setup to a selected destination and prepare it for boot, while keeping safety checks visible during the process.
License grant. A valid purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased MiniClone HD version on Windows. The license does not transfer ownership of the software or permit redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, or public hosting. This express grant is subject to these Terms and the all-rights-reserved license notice.
If MiniClone cannot complete a supported clone on a configuration listed as supported at purchase or on our compatibility guidance, we provide a voluntary refund of your purchase amount. Contact us within 30 calendar days at support@foxjammin.com.
Please include the purchase email/address, an error summary or screenshot, and the run summary/log if available.
We may request one safe retry when that is appropriate. We do not require repeated destructive attempts. If risk is high or the destination appears unstable, we may stop the process without retry.
The destination drive selected for cloning is erased and rebuilt. Everything currently on that destination may be permanently lost. You must confirm the correct destination before proceeding and keep your own backups of important files.
Results vary by hardware, cables, firmware, encryption, partition layout, and Windows state. MiniClone is built with safety checks and protections, but no software can remove all risk from clone and migration workflows.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiniClone HD is provided as is and with all faults. Except for rights that cannot be waived by law, we disclaim implied and statutory warranties including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.
This does not remove rights that your local law says cannot be limited or waived. If this section is partly invalid in your jurisdiction, only that portion is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
